ZAROX trades what we can control the quality of, end to end — currently Blue Swimming Crab and olive oil & olives, with additional sourcing evaluated on client demand.
ZAROX supplies premium crab through a production operation we control directly, from catch to processing.
It’s harvested daily and processed same day using modern freezing technology. Every batch is individually graded before packing, checked crab by crab rather than sampled at random.
Available across multiple formats, including whole, cleaned, cooked, and raw meat, with additional species and cuts on request.
Production follows internationally recognized food safety standards, and shipments can be traced back through processing to the day and origin of catch.
ZAROX works with trusted producers to source quality olives and olive oil that meet the standards and requirements of our business partners, supplemented by growing regions to meet volume and seasonal demand. Every batch is tested for quality before export, and origin is never blended or obscured. That’s a standard many bulk suppliers skip, and one buyers check for more often.
Olive oil is available across Extra Virgin, Virgin, and other grades, in bulk and packaged formats. Olives are offered in multiple curing styles and calibers, packed to order in jars, drums, or bulk containers. Production follows internationally recognized food safety and quality standards, with documentation available from harvest through export.
Additional varieties, grades, and packaging formats are available on request, sized to the order rather than a fixed catalogue.
Beyond crab and olive oil and olives, ZAROX looks at new products and origins based on real client demand, not speculative stock.
If there’s a specific product, region, or volume you need outside our current range, bring it to us directly.
We’ll check sourcing, certification, and logistics before agreeing to supply it, and we only add it to our range once it meets the same standard as everything else we trade.
